		<description>Good article. Agree with most points you make and good practical suggestions. 

I think there is an interesting conflict or convenience and keeping identities separate. E.g. personally it is simpler to link everything to twitter so I only have to say something once.

More sites should offer features like Linked in though: i.e. I enter #in on my tweets if I want it on Linked-in. If Facebook offered a similar feature (maybe it does and I don&#039;t know?) I would link my Twitter and Facebook accounts again. De-linked due to friends complaining about too many work related posts.

Maybe a market opportunity for a social media aggregator with really easy to use filtering options for who can see what you post and which sites it is posted on but still allow a single view to post and read? Is there already something that does this well?</description>
